The greatest thing about the guards at all the important royal residences are the guards. They aren't allowed to move so they make perfect models. To become a royal guard is one of the most prestigious assignments. They may look like they couldn't be very affective standing like they do, but they see everything that goes on and I have seen them move and it is amazing.
